Add pipeline tag and library name to model card

This PR adds the pipeline_tag and library_name to the model card metadata. The pipeline_tag is set to image-to-image because the model performs image editing, taking an image and a prompt as input and producing a modified image as output. The library_name is set to diffusers based on the provided code examples. This improves the discoverability and usability of the model on the Hub.
