Fix pipeline tag and add library_name

This PR corrects the pipeline tag to feature-extraction and adds the library_name as transformers, improving discoverability and reflecting the model's purpose for information retrieval reranking. The model generates logits and scores, effectively performing feature extraction to select the top documents.
