## Install

(copied from DEVELOP.md)
```shell
# add the poetry shell and export plugins (you only need to do this once on your machine)
poetry self add poetry-plugin-shell
poetry self add poetry-plugin-export

# create and activate a python virtual environment
poetry shell
poetry install
```
